Mr. Yeung Chi Tat

Independent Non-executive Director

    Mr. Yeung Chi Tat is our independent non-executive Director, and is responsible for supervising and providing independent advice to the Board.

    Mr. Yeung has approximately 30 years of experience in audit, financing and accounting industries. He served critical roles at Dynasty Fine Wines, Solargiga Energy, the Hong Kong office of KPMG, CGN Mining, ANTA Sports, Bonjour Holdings. Mr. Yeung also served as an independent non-executive director of Boer Power, Guodian Technology & Environment Group. He is currently an independent non-executive director of Sitoy Group Holdings, Birmingham Sports and New Hope Dairy.

    Mr. Yeung obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in professional accounting with distinction from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Yeung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a senior international finance manager. Mr. Yeung is also the Deputy President of the Hong Kong Independent Non-executive Director Association.
