Secretary of the Board

    Ms. Guan Mei is oursecretary of the Board , responsible for financing activities,  internal control and securities matters.

   Ms. Guan has over 15 years of work experience in the biotech and investment industries. Ms. Guan served critical roles at SIG Asia Investment Fund, Lead Capital, etc. Ms. Guan obtained a bachelor's degree in biological sciences from Shanxi University and a master's degree in botany from Nanjing University.
