Dr. Xu Cong is our non-executive Director, and is responsible for advising on our business plans, major decisions and investment activities.
Dr. Xu has approximately 10 years of experience in the biomedical and financial industries. Dr. Xu joined LILLY and served as an executive director of Lilly Asia Ventures. Dr. Xu has been serving as a non-executive director of EdiGene Inc. and NovoDodex Biopharmaceuticals, respectively. He has also been serving as the chairman of the board of Impact Therapeutics. Dr. Xu obtained a master's degree in business administration from the University of British Columbia in Canada and a Ph.D. in biological sciences from Clemson University in the United States.
