Mr. Yu Zhihua

Non-executive Director

    Mr. Yu Zhihua is our non-executive Director, and is responsible for advising on our business plans, major decisions and investment activities.

    Mr. Yu has over 30 years of experiences in investment management and strategic business development. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Yu founded Lapam Capital and has been its managing partner since then. He also serves as a non-executive director of Betta Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Yu obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Renmin University of China and a master's degrees in taxation and business administration from George Washington University in the United States.
